Food Vendor Request Form

Celebrate Merrimack's 250th Anniversary with a spectacular fireworks display on July 4th! We are welcoming food vendors to join us for this amazing event, ensuring a delightful experience for all attendees.

Please click on the red button to the right to submit your food vendor request form. Once submitted, our vendor coordinator will reach out to confirm that your request was received and confirm your participation. Please note that we do not have access to power and your unit must be self-contained.

Once approved, all vendors must also submit a Mobile/Temporary Food License Application to the Town of Merrimack Health Department. The cost is $50 for a single-day permit. This application must be submitted to the Health Department no later than Friday, June 12, 2026.
